A Member of the Luxury Villas of New Zealand, the “Falcon Brae” Villa,is set high on a hilltop above Stonefly Lodge with 360-degree views over the surrounding mountains and river below can accommodate a family or small group of up to 6 adults and up to 4 children.
The design is a modern contemporary designed building of 720 sq. metres capturing the spectacular views and offering the guests complete privacy with security gate and private helicopter access. Falcon Brae is located on a privately owned 350-acre property surrounded on two sides by rivers and includes a private forest and 18km of spectacular native bush walks.
The central complex adjoining the suites accommodates the large central lounge area with 5 metre ceilings, sunken bar, media room, gym, commercial kitchen and 3 dining spaces. The large deck space, spa & pool with a fully equipped entertainment pergola is a focus for outdoor relaxing.
The entire Villa can be booked as exclusive use with private chef and house staff, offering complete exclusive privacy. For larger groups, the Stonefly Lodge can also be booked as exclusive use offering a further 4 rooms, with dining at Falcon Brae or the Lodge.
As with Stonefly Lodge, the Falcon Brae Villa is completely off the grid with solar panels providing all the power required.
